- Represented a major tire manufacturer in a wrongful death suit arising from a vehicular accident. A tire allegedly disengaged from a vehicle at highway speeds. A jury found for the client and signed a judgment that the plaintiffs recover nothing from the client.
- Represented a foreign car manufacturer against allegations of defective design and defective warnings relating to alleged instability issues. The plaintiff and driver of the vehicle was rendered a paraplegic when she lost control of her vehicle at highway speeds. The jury found for the client on all issues and the court signed a judgment that the plaintiff recover nothing from the client.
- Represented the manufacturer of a motor coach leveling system in a wrongful death suit in which the plaintiffs alleged that the leveling system was defectively designed and was sold with inadequate warnings and instructions. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the client, and signed a judgment that the plaintiffs recover nothing from the clients.
