Daniel W. Davis joined Roach Newton in 2006 and is an associate with the firm. Daniel’s primary areas of practice include civil appeals and pre-trial litigation, including insurance coverage, products liability, contract litigation and torts.
Daniel began his career at the First Court of Appeals. Since then, Daniel has moved on to work for private law firms and municipal and appellate courts. Daniel is currently a member of the Houston Bar Association and State Bar of Texas. Daniel also serves as a Law Professor at the University of Houston Law Center.
Daniel earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.B.A. with honors from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Daniel also earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the associate editor of the Houston Law Review.
